"unexpected response" message when trying to log into a G3R

I was attempting to log-in to a Definity G3R system and got a “unexpected response” message from the system. Does anyone know what that means and/or why I received this message?

do you get a login prompt?
how are you dialing in?

A great teacher, does not provide answers, but methods to teach others "How and where to find the answers"

I dialed in through the inads number. I have asa set for auto login so I do not know
