During an attempted report migration for our old Crystal Enterprise servers to our new ones, when entering the Source Server information I received the following errors:
Crystal 8.5 - "Error logging on to APS. Please Check logon information and try again. Unable to connect to <server> to retrieve cluster members. Logon can not continue."
Crystal 9.0 - "Error logging onto APS. Please Check logon information and try again. Unable to retrieve cluster members. Transport error: Communication failure."
I know I have the server and user/pass values correct, because changing either one gives an error specific to that field. I've opened up port 6400 between the servers. Does the port 6400 connection need to be bidirectional? Is there something else going on?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
