"unable to open the company file" Simply Accounting

i have Simply accounting 8.5A. I installed it on XP pro as administrator. When I run it under the administrator account, it works fine.But when one of my users log in, they get a message : "unable to open the company file".
These users have full admin rights to the computer and to the folder where its installed.
I tried everything to make it work
Please help.
