Hi All,
We have recently upgraded to Outlook2003 at work and a lot of users are complaining about the "Type a contact to find" bar at the top only looking in the Global Address list and not in their contacts. This wasn't the case with Outlook XP which would search both.
In the 'addressing' options I have:
Show the address list first:
Global Address List
Keep personal addresses in:
Contacts
When sending mail, check names using these address lists in the following order:
Contacts
Global Address List
When checking names in the addess fields of a mail it finds personal contacts fine but not with the "Type a contact to find" option. Does anyone know where this option is configured? If it is the registry I'm happy to have a play in there if there is nothing in the GUI.
Thanks
