"This Mailbox is Protected" 1

I have a group of extensions on my seimans phonemail system that is hanging off of a hicom 3000 system, that when i try to create a voice mailbox it creates it fine, but when i try to access it is says "this mailbox is protected, please contact your system administrator" well i am the sytem admin, and am unable to figure this out. if anyone has run across this please post it here.

If you are using Xpressions Voice Mail, if you look under "Accounts" you will see a little box marked station lock. You should be able to check or uncheck the box. Hope this helps.

If it's Phonemail 6.2, make sure "FAILED ACCESS ATTEMPT:" is set to zero(0)
