"there is no language pack avaliable" please advise asap

i have just recently downloaded corel draw graphics suite x3, i have downloaded the installation files onto my computer, however when attempting to install corel draw it simply says "there is no language pack avaliabel" and then closes down. how can i fix this problem as im new to the corel software?
