We've got a user who normally logs into Citrix web interface via his workstation. He's traveling with a laptop today and is able to open the citrix URL, he's able to log into the citrix web interface but when he tried to click on either the published app or the citrix desktop nothing happens.
The web interface screen shows the message:
"There are no existing applications available for reconnection"
If he goes to another computer in that office it works successfully.
My search results for this error message all point towards disabling "Workspace Control" but I'd like to avoid doing that - we like the feature.
Considering the problem is unique to this one computer - is that really a viable option? Could any of the citrix gurus recommend any other troubleshoot steps for the laptop-specific problem? (we've already tried uninstalling/re-installing the client app)
