"The target account name is incorrect" 1

I am using IIS 5.0 to host my company's intranet. My dc is running IIS and I have a separate PC that actually hosts the site directory. As of this morning I go the "The website cannot display this page" http 500 browser error. When I try to access the site on the IIS snap in I get this:
"Unable to enumerate files and directories because the following error occurred: Logon failure. The target account name is incorrect."
All I have done since yesterday is stop and restart a service(DHCP) on the DC.

Does anyone have any ideas what might be wrong?

My first thought is you need more permissions to get it working correctly. I search around and found this

Which says the same thing with a work around.

Thanks for the link CM. Actually, I havent had this problem since. The intranet was up the next day. Thanks again.
