"The specified document cannot be opened"

The above is the error message I get when I try to open one specific page on my site for editing.

The page displays perfectly well on the web. You can see it at

http://www.eriebar.org/cle/index.html

However, I cannot open the file for editing in PageMill (3.0).

I have tried copying the source code from the Web and pasting it into a new page. That generates the same error message.

As far as I can tell, none of the other 1500+ pages on my site has this problem.

Can someone help me figure out what the matter is with this page, or suggest a workaround so that I can update the page?
