I created a crystal report using crystal report 8 put it on the web and there is only one computer is getting this error when trying to access the report from the web and below is the error..

"The Seagate software Activex Viewer is unable to create it's resource objects. To rectify this problem, please install Internet Explorer 4.0 or Install DCOM for Window 95 and the latest Microsoft scripting engine.

He is on windows 200 Pro, win2spk, IE 6.0...

your help is appreciated. Thanks.

I have had the same issue. Either the the Crystal Report Viewer Control which is usually autodownload and placed in the Downloaded Program Files in the System folder is missing or corrupt. If it is there remove it, reboot and try the site you wish to view reports on again. This will usually cause the software to be autodownloaded again. If this doesn't work you can manually download the software from

http://www.cn.mde.k12.ms.us/WebReporting5-21/IEIssues.htm

and follow the installation instructions.
