"The requested Operation has failed"

Hi all,
I am using Apache 2.0.39 with Tomcat. It was running fine. The problem is, I don't knów how apache got stopped. I don't have any error messages in error.log and when i m trying to restart it...it's giving "the requested operation has failed" as error.

I didn't make any changes anywhere. Still, it got stopped. I am really stucked with this..I am new to this..so, don't have much ideas.
