Hello
I have a BCM50 that has been running for the last four years apparently without issue, now the day group answers after 15 seconds with the message "the person you have called is not available, exiting the system" and the night group starting doing exactly the same!
What should happen is:
Day mode
Callpilot picks up routes to Greeting table 1
Day Mode routes to CCR tree 3 which transfers to HG 461
Should ring for 60 seconds then Overflow to Callpilot DN 334
Matching MB number of 461, caller leaves a message
At the minute it rings for 15 seconds then caller is given the above message and cut off!
Night Mode
Callpilot picks up and routes to Greeting Table 1
Night Mode Routes to CCR tree 4 which transfers to HG462
Should ring for 15 seconds then overflow to Callpilot DN334
No matching MB number so should route to General Delivery Mailbox
At the minute I have it routing to a different CCR tree that routes it straigt to the GD MB so they are nearly happy in night mode.
Can anyone see where i'm going wrong and could point me in the right direction?
Cheers
Dave
