"TAPI operation failed for unknown reasons"

Hi,
I have to transfer files from a remote pc to another. I'm using 2 Audiotel Industrial Plus GSM modem and 2 pc with w2k. I think that HOST script of Procomm 4.8 is fine for me, but sometimes (after a variable number of succesfull calls) the message "TAPI operation failed for unknown reasons" appears on the remote machine and "OK" must be pressed. I can't find the reason of this problem and I ask if someone can help me.
