Does anyone know of a way to disable the alerts (used to come out as "APB" alerts in 2.2 BES) sent to user's handhelds when an error occurs? I have one user who receives 30+ every morning to his hand held with the message:

Subject: BlackBerry Service Message
The BlackBerry Enterprise Server was unable to process a message. You can
still view this message in your desktop email program. Your system
administrator has been notified.

I'm not sure what is causing this as he doesn't have any relating messages in his mail file on the domino server...
Anyone had this problem or got any ideas?
