I created stationery (letterhead with address info and logo -- a "gif") and it looks good. However, when I send an e-mail and a recipient prints the e-mail the stationery does not print. Only the text of the e-mail prints. What gives? Is there a way around this? What's the point of having e-mail stationery if you loose it on printing? I've looked for a way to force background images to print but so far have not had any success.

Thanks for any help you might be able to give!

As far as I know, in order to send/receive backgrounds in email, it must be in html format.
Check that your "Send as plain text option" isn't ticked for this contact or maybe html is blocked on their end.

Hope this helps
