"someone has already entered your mailbox with that password"

I have a user who has been locked out of her vm box for 2 days. She is getting the message "i'm sorry but someone has already enetered your mailbox with that password". I know there is a way to disconnect her without deleting the vm box. Can anyone help???..Thanks.

Try changing her password and having her log in with the new password.

I did reset the password but no luck. I know that you can go into the ports on the octel and manually kick users off but I don't remember how to do it. Has anyone had to do this before?

What type of OCTEL do you have? Model and s/w level?

You probably just got a locked up port. You could check the led's on the FLT's and see which light never goes out and then remove the amphenol cable to see if the light goes out or you could just reseat the card. Or reboot the whole system.
