I am using "SSL Web Server Certificate" from Thawte for our organisations website. Recently I got a mail from Thawte asking for a renewal (as our certificate will expire soon). It had two options, one is our normal renewal and the other is renewing to their new SGC SuperCert, with built in “Step up” functionality . This renewal is bit expensive.

I'm not sure whether to go in for the new one or stick on with the older one, as I'm new to "Encryption" and "Certificates" jargons. I would like to have your opinion on this.
