"services.exe - Entry Point Not Found" Please Help!

Hello, I started receiving this error as 2000 loads up, it occurs before authentification:-

services.exe - Entry Point Not Found

The procedure entry point RtlCompareMemoryUlnng could not be located in the dynamic link library NTDLL.DLL.
---------------------------
OK
---------------------------

I think this started happening after a bad defrag.

Apart from having to click OK on the dialog box everytime I load up windows I haven't encountered any usage problems/differences once windows has loaded.

Check out the ms article 324762. Diagnostic should be applicable to win2000 as well.

Start, Run sfc /Scannow

I ran SFC but it just completed its check and exited, I will try the windows repair and report back.
