2 part question (Illustrator 9):

1) AI file is CMYK, all images were converted to CMYK, yet if I try to save in EPS format, system tells me some images are still RGB and may not save properly... is there any easy way to find out WHAT is still RGB?

2) The "Separation setup" command in the "File" menu is unavailable (grey)... any idea why?

It's sounds like you don't have a POST SCRIPT PRINTER.......
I don't have a POSTSCRIPT printer and thats why mine doesn't show up .............So, I am assuming we are experiencing the same situation.........

As for a solution....
I was told you can download a Postscript driver er something that will turn a non-postscript printer like an EPSON 740..into a postscript printer..........I have been lazy and have not downloaded one as of yet...........But I bet within 48 hours a slew of folks will reply to yer post and tell you where you can get one of them there post script things......

good luck,
MothMan
