"Send to" email with office 2003

Hi

Having problems getting with word and excell in Office 2003
and the "send to" email application working. Works from powerpoint to Lotus Notes, but not the other two apps.
In the earlier versions we had to add a few lines in the win.ini file for mapi supoort etc, tryed these to no effect. Any ideas
Notes client version is v5.0.12
