"secWinAD security plugin is not available"

I am trying to get AD working with a new installation of CE10. Upon adding the AD Group I get the following message:

"Error updating Windows AD authentication properties: The secWinAD security plugin is not available. Please contact your system administrator for details"

I've had a look on the businessobjects website and in the CE10 help but I'm unsure what to do next as I can't find information about this plugin.

Hi, I met basically the same problem here, though I am using businessobjects enterprise XI. Can you tell me how did you solve the problem? Thanks!
