My computer was working fine, but when I restarted my computer, I got an error message that said the following:
Pheonix Rom Bios plus version 1.1 A06
... copyright info
Dell Dimension 4300 series
Secondary Hard Disk Drive 1 not found.
I tried restarting the computer to enter the BIOS setup to see if there was a problem with the settings, but it only gets as far as "Entering Setup", and kicks me back to the original error message and a blinking cursor. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If the system also does not boot into Safe Mode, then replace the CMOS battery.

I can't boot into safe mode, so I am going to try replacing the battery.
