"Save for Web" dialog box does not appear

Hi,
This is for Illustrator 10.0.3 running on OS 10.2.8
When trying to select "Save For Web" no dialog box appears. The "Save As.." works fine, as well as "Save". I have tried deleting Prefs, and even deleting/re-installing Illustrator. I have also removed the plug-in, and re-installed it.

Has anyone else experienced this? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
