Make sure you have a period instead of a comma there in the file name. That's a common typo that I do all the time. Other than that, I'm not sure what the problem might be.

LOL... no, no commas in the file name or typos anywhere.
Its very odd. I've never seen an .html file that a browser wouldn't open. Plenty that wouldn't display right, but not one the browser wouldn't at least attempt to display.
I'm thinking it may be some kind of a server setting.
