"RPC Error occurred" with Message Quota Service

I installed the quota message service to allow custom quota messages on our Exchange 2003 installation.

When I try to manually start a quota run within system manager, I get the error "RPC Error occurred"

I've double checked the location of the messages in the quotamessageservice mailbox and also checked the rights SYSTEM has to that mailbox.

There are no entries in any of the event logs and Google has drawn a blank. Does anyone have any ideas of what the issue is or how I can get some more information?

Solved my own problem. The QuotaMessages folder was in the correct location, but this contained the messages. There needs to be a subfolder (for UK English called 1033) that should contain the messages.

Structure should be

QuotaMessageService
- Inbox
- DeletedItems
- QuotaMessages
-- 1033
--- NoSendRecieve
--- NoSend
--- Warning


in short, even if you've double checked the location of the messages, check them again and have someone else check them.
