I can repeat the problem on different computers with certain documents. Users are using the feature where the "reviewer" can go into a document and make possible changes. The "Author" then goes into the document and either accepts or rejects the changes. Documents that have gone back and forth between numerous users are having problems. The "author" will accept/reject all the changes since the document is final. Unfortunately, even after you do all the "accepts", when you open the document, you are still prompted to go into it as either "reviewer" or "author". I have been able to get it to stop prompting by doing either X-retrive, cut and paste or some other type of troubleshooting. Things the normal user does not know how to do. Has anyone else had the same problem?
