I keep seeing this message in my epo Server Task Logs:
"repository pull: ran with errors". When this happens, I know a DAT/engine download did not complete. I discovered the only way to remedy this in the short term is to :
- delete (clear) the latest updates from the repository
- flush the IE cache (recommended by McAfee KB article)
- stop and re-start the framework service
However, while the next update after doing this will be successfull, updates after this one will begin complaining that they "ran with errors" AGAIN!!! I suspect some sort of corruption is going on here, but it's difficult to pinpoint.
Anybody else experiencing this? Is there a bonafide SOLUTION out there?
