"Report Information Needed" - CR 8.0.1 Web Comp

Hello, I receive the following message when I try to run any report from a new server I am configuring to replace our old Web server:

Report Information Needed (title of message box)

User ID:

Password:

Server Name: Ash

Database Name: Ash

I'm not even sure if this message is from CR, IIS, or Windows OS as the message box gives no information. No matter what I put in for the user id and password, the Report Information Needed message box pops up again. The server name is incorrect, for some reason it has put the database name in for the server name. I'm confused and would appreciate any help one could offer. Thanks,

I figured it out, it was a permissions issue on the Web Component and Page Server services. Needed to be domain admin, and it was localsystem.
