"Remote Desktop Sharing" via phone line at a single PC.

Hello everyone ...

I want to enable my computer to have access to another computers desktop by using the Microsoft Netmeeting option of (Remote Desktop Sharing). I've done it with all computers in the LAN but i need to do that too to a remote computer that is located in another building and has not Internet access nor it is connected to the LAN (it only has a phone line).

Define dial-up server on the computer that is connected to the phone line.
