"Reminder Failure Got error 5 for WinExe"

I have ME. I am not sure why this VERY bothersome message keeps popping up on my screen every 5 seconds:

"Reminder Failure
Got error 5 for WinExe"

I might have tried to deinstall some software, i.e, AOL, to recoup disk space.

Anyway, IF anyone has any idea on HOW to get this nuisance popup from recurring, I would appreciate it!!!
