"Refresh the Reports Data"

I know this must be a terribly easy question but we have played and played with no result.

Have loaded 2 Crystal reports to CE. The Admin user can view the reports just fine. However, when we login using the Guest account we keep getting this message:

"you do not have the rights to Refresh the Reports Data" please see your Administrator.

Well, I am the Admininstrator and can find no where to specify this refresh right. Can anyone help ?

Found the method. All set now.

In the Crystal Management Console, you set the Access Level for Users or Groups on the Rights tab of Folders, Objects, etc. I assume by "Refresh the data" you are referring to clicking "View" on the object link menu or clicking "History" and opening a report instance and then clicking to "Refresh". Either way, you need to grant a minimum Access Level of "View on Demand" to do this as a user other than an Administrator. (Access Levels are No Access, View, Schedule, View On Demand, Full Control, and Advanced where you explicitly grant and deny specific permissions.)
