"Rapid Prompts" on Broadcast & Greetings Administrator

I've built a couple call handlers, one to go direct to the Greetings Administrator, the other to go straight to the Broadcast greeting administrator.

Both work perfectly... except the prompt speed on both seems to default to "fast", which may be fine once we better learn to use them, but for right now is confusing. How do I tame these and set them to "normal" speed?

They're both configured on internal (non-D-I-D) numbers, but will be reachable via a DISA account code on another (upstream) system.

Thanks!

I am not sure I understand your request. Are you saying it is playing the options too fast for the users to enter their choice? As of "it is playing too fast and I can't understand it?" Like you are fast forwarding while it's still audible?

It's behaving like an end user's personal mailbox where they've gone into PCA and sped-up their prompts and message playback. The front-end of the 2 call handlers are normal speed, and the login-in ID and PIN prompts are also normal speed, but as soon as you successfully log-in to either the Greeting Administrator or the Broadcast Administrator the prompts within those 2 applications are running 1.5x normal speed.

That's interesting. There's aw way to globally slow down the speed of greeting but I'm not sure individually, particularly for system greetings.
What flavor of Unity (unity or unity connection) are you running and what version?

I assume the users are accessing the administrator call handlers from a phone?

Yes... accessing the administrator from a phone. As a matter of fact I have even given a couple of them the ability to go into it by pressing 9 from their own VM (which works) but also with the same rapid prompts once you get there.

FOUND IT!!

The playback speed of the various applications, such as system broadcast administrator, greetings administrator, etc. are THE DEFAULT VALUES ASSOCIATED WITH THE LOGGED-IN USER (Chapter 14 page 10)

My own (personal) mailbox was configured to use rapid prompts, hence the system recognized me (as I had to use my own login credentials) as the user and applied my own personal preferences.

Geeze...
