"?" above text body when compsing OR replying ONLY in OWA 2003

As the subjet line states, there appears to be a ? mark in the "text body" field upon replying to or composing and email through OWA. Someone told me they encountered this problem before but couldn't relay what the fix was. Initially I'm thinking browser related issue and I was just told that it doesn't happen to every user. Has anyone encountered this situation before that can provide a detailed solution or suggestion? TIA, Joe
