"Push" local administrator password change

We would like to change the local admin password on all of our pc's. We have the password that our install vendor used and we are looking for a way to change it with a .bat file or registry entry that we can push using our software deployment server that we have. We do not want to sign on to every machine we have to change it.

Any ideas out there?
