"Publish it with MS Word" Doesn't export graphics!

Hi:

I have many reports that I need to export to RTF. The text exports wonderfully. Looks just like the Access printed version except that my graphics are not exported.

Since you can't email the Access reports without requiring all other users to have the report viewer installed, I opted for emailing RTF files.

I'd really like the company logo and other graphics to appear in the RTF. Does anyone know how to do that?

you might try exporting in a snapshot (.snp file extension) format.

I use PDF995 - print to this, save it as a file and then distribute the PDF

cghoga...SNP isn't an option becuase we're on LAN where users aren't able to install software, therefore they can't use the snapshot viewer.

Chalco...I have PDF Writer and can to that, but not all users of the database will have it, so I can't use that option.

dhookom...I checked out Stephen Lebans' file and it won't convert to Access XP. Looked like the best of the 3 options. I'll post a question to his site.
