"Problem writing file" error when publishing

Hello,
I have a problem with publishing my Director movie.
It saves fine usually but when I try to publish it I get an error message saying "Problem writing file 'C:(filepath): -50".
This also happens if I save the movie with a different name and try again.
Has anyone got any ideas how this can be fixed?
