"preparing to install" everytime Office 2k Win2k

Hey all,

I have two installs of Office 2000 Prof on Windows 2k that I cannot figure out. Everytime I open and document that was either e-mailed to me, or off the network Office seems like it's installing for the first time, then the document opens up. What happens is, a window pops up saying "preparing for install" Then "gathering information" then goes away, and Office apps open. It's only on two machine, both Windows 2k with Office 2k Prof...
