The 1120E sets on my UCx50 keep displaying a message "Powered by UCx" instead of the time and date.

I went ahead and tried all Unistim sets, only the 4 Line button displays 1120E/1220/i2002 sets are displaying the issue.

The message appears only when CALL HISTORY is disabled. In fact, the "Powered by UCx" appears instead of "1 Missed Call(s)"

While the "Powered by UCx" is on the display, I went into the GUI and turned logging back on, on the sets and the "Powered by UCx" is replaced the "Missed call(s)" prompt.

I've also tried to remedy this by placing " " in the title box on the GUI, but to no avail. I keep all of my displays clean and do not display the additional lines of information during idle state.

There are some sets where I'd prefer not to use logging, but this "Powered by UCx" messages keeps popping up. Can this be adjusted to match the 1110/1210/1140E/i2004/1165E sets? On those sets, the "Powered by UCx" does not appear when call logging is turned off.

Thank you,

Feature 806 works, but also picking up the handset and hanging up removes the "Powered by UCx."

I bring it up because it only happens on the 1 line display Unistim IP Phones....all other digital 6-9-10 button IP Unistim sets, M2000 and M7000/T7000 sets do not display this message.

It is Release 4.0 with the most up to date software.

Seems as though when the Call Logging/History is turned off on those 1120E styled phones with 4 line keys, the phone still logs a missed call but replaces "Missed Call(s)" with "Powered by UCx" for some odd reason.

If it's an up to date R4, you might want to open a ticket with emetro. It sure sounds like a software bug.
