"Picture" Tab Disabled in "Format WordArt" 1

I would like to use a picture to fill in WordArt in MS Word, but for some reason the "Picture" tab in the "Format WordArt" dialog is disabled, as in the screenshot below:

It took me a moment to notice "no fill" is selected in Fill Color. Clicking on the selection arrow offers the option "fill effects" (among others) which has a picture tab that isn't grayed out. And now the picture tab in the Format WordArt box isn't grayed out.

Thanks for reminding me how much fun WordArt can be.

Yeah, I found that out after I posted this...damn Microsoft
