At least once per day, our call center sees a call that appears to be in the queue, but is not actually there.
What I mean is that the CCC Viewer shows a call in queue, and this goes on for anywhere from 45 minutes to 2 hours, but the call is not anywhere on the system as far as I can tell.
Has anyone seen this before?
