"PerfectPrint" error with WordPerfect 9

Failed platform function: startpage" in a PerfectPrint box

That's the new error message that I am getting after merging envelopes from a CSV document and then trying to print them. It does not happen every time, but it's dang close to doing it every time!

Can some PLEASE help me before I launch my computer from the nearest bridge????

I have Windows 98, CorelCentral 9, Wordperfect 9 and a #1 P.O.S. computer!!

I had a user with the same error. Corel suggested running pfreg.exe. Did not work. Their next suggestion was to install an Apple printer and try printing. Did not get the error message when it printed but it printed garbage. I then went back to the original printer and the error message disappeared. Not sure why--
