"Page Setup" does not work

I have Crystal Report XI R2. I like to change the orientation of the report to Landscape, however when I select File -> Page Setup, nothing displays.
Could you please help. Thanks.

Is there a printer installed on this PC?
Have you selected a specific printer in CR?

I just installed a printer to my computer and now CR Page setup is working.
