"Overflow" Error Message When You Try to Upsize to SQL Server 2000

Can anyone tell me how to upsize a database from Access to MSSQL Server? I've been trying and keep getting an "Overflow" error.

Also, does all your tables have to have primary keys in order to change databases(Access to MSSQL Server)? I'd appreciate if I could get some tips on this issue. I've tried to install the patches from Microsoft and it still giving me a "Overflow" error.
