"Outlook unable to load the information store"

This is the only PC on the network with the problem, currently there are two users logging on and both are getting the same problem. The PC was previously plagued with spyware and I did a repair on it and it appeared to be fixed, but then started this...don't know if one has anything to do with the other. Have reinstalled drivers, sfc /scannow, chkdsk /r, uninstalled and reinstalled office, done a detect and repair on office, deleted and recreated the user's profiles, checked services running...pretty much everything I can think of. Any ideas?

Also, the users can log onto other machines and get their email, and I can ping the exchange server by netbios name and by ip address from the machine.

I had actually looked at that link a few times and had tried to reinstall w2k sp4, however, that didn't fix the issue.

However, I did just come across the fix for the problem and wanted to update everyone because this is a REAL DUZIE (however you spell that )
