On our Nortel option 81 we can “out” an extension and then rebuild it from ground up. We sometimes do this if it appears we have some sort of software glitch on it. Set relocation was left on at one of our Norstar sites and a lot of phones were moved around and unplugged. Now we have 2 extensions not functioning properly but programming appears normal. Is there a way to “out” an extension then rebuild on the Norstar?
Or perhaps any way to clear out any left over set relocation information the system may be storing?
