I'm using Auto-attendant mode. Before the call is tranferred to the skill queue, it plays the following message: "One moment, please". Is there a way to record a msg instead of "one moment please " or to remove it?
However, if you have an extra skillset, you could use this as your Auto Attendant then setup Advanced Caller-Input rules to transfer calls. You can even allow them to dial a digit and trasnfer them to an AA Table so they can dial an extension or use the company directory.
