"On Hold" line indicator does not give a tone anymore

I have a site that has the ON hold indicator set to "Tone" but when the any line is on hold, it doesn't make a beeping tone indicator that a line is "on hold".
Am i missing something in programming? I changed the KSU out over the summer to a MICS from a CICS and the client wants tom know when a line is on hold.
Any suggestions

When in programming ignore On Hold = Tones.....that is for callers to know that they are on hold.
You want Held Reminder = Yes and set the Timer.
