"On Another Call" 3.6 BCM Issue

We have an issue with a BCM 3.6 on x225. The problem is when the user is on the phone ( with 2 intercoms ), callers arent getting the "On another call" message. This works on all other sets except x225. Have tried copying Capablities from another set that works. We have swapped sets and port. Whatever set or port is x225 has this issue.

Any help would be great !
