"OLE ERROR" IN OUTLOOK 1

Hi
When one of my users tries to open attachements in Outlook he gets this error"An OLE registration error has occured.Please installl Outlook again".I have re-installed Outlook,I even went as far as upgrading from Outlook 98 to Outlook 2000 and re-installing Office,he still gets this error.PLEASE HELP ME OUT ....

Try deleting mapi.dll,
mapi32.dll, mapisp32.exe, mapisrvr.exe, outllib.dll, outlmime.dll, outlook.exe,
then rerunning Outlook Setup, then recreating profiles. PST and PAB files should
remain intact throughout.

Kippy113's solution workedas far as opening the attachment,but user still gets the error.It now says :

"The text formatting command is not available.It may not be installed properly.Please install Outlook again.An OLE registration error occured.The program is not correctly installed.Run setup again for the program".

I am stumpted at this stage. It may be an idea to rebuild the PC....unless a better option doesnt appear here shortly.
I'll have another look for a solution and I'll let you know if I can help any more.
