"NotesUIdocument save cancelled"

A user has tried to accept a meeting request and the following error message appears "NotesUIdocument save cancelled".

It then will not add the meeting to the users calendar.

Any help much appreciated.

The problem appears to be with a conflict between address books. What we've done is : close notes, delete cache.dsk & log.nsf, open notes, remove all references to local address books other than names.nsf (user preferences). If there is still a problem - delete (or move very far away) any local address books other than names.nsf.
This problem will also generate addressing errors (mulitple entries) and ambiguous names.
This appears to be the fix that is working today - no telling what will pop-up next.

I have this same issue. I completely uninstalled & then reinstalled Notes & it has not helped.

Could there be something wrong with the person's mail file?
